Wash the okra and pat dry. Cut off the ends and slice them into thin pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.

Add the sliced okra and green chilli to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Drizzle lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or bread.
