  1. Wash the okra and pat dry. Cut off the ends and slice them into thin pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add the sliced okra and green chilli to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
