  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, flax seeds, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the water and sourdough starter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
  5. After the rest time, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a covered Dutch oven inside to heat up.
  6. While the oven is preheating, lightly flour a clean surface and turn out the dough onto it.
  7. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
  8. Carefully transfer the dough with the parchment paper into the preheated Dutch oven.
  9. Cover the Dutch oven with its lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for another 10 minutes to allow the bread to brown.
  11. Once baked, remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
  12. Slice and serve.
