  2. In a blender, blend the oats and walnuts until finely ground.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Add the ground oats and walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries and raspberries.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
