In a food processor, blend tofu, cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

Pour the tofu mixture over the crust and smooth the top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
