In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted vegan butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a blender, blend silken tofu, soymilk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, agar agar powder, and maple syrup until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
