  2. In a blender, blend silken tofu, soymilk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, agar agar powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
