In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and smooth the top.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, spreading it evenly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours.

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares.
