In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Press the mixture firmly into the dish, making sure it is evenly spread.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
