Nigella Lawson, a British food writer and TV cook, popularized this granola recipe in her cookbook ‘Feast’. It’s known for its delicious combination of crunchy oats, nuts, seeds, and sweet dried cranberries.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, honey, olive oil, and ground cinnamon. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is golden brown and crisp.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in the dried cranberries.
