  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the macaroons are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the macaroons to a wire rack to cool completely.
