In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center.

Pour the yeast mixture and yogurt into the well. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a tear-shaped naan.

Brush the naan with melted butter and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed.
