Mushroom Skewers
Mushrooms are a great source of vitamins and minerals. They are low in calories and high in antioxidants.

Preheat the grill.

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Thread the mushrooms onto the wooden skewers.

Brush the mushroom skewers with the marinade.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the mushrooms are tender.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
