Moroccan Chickpea Stew, also known as ‘Harira’, is a traditional Moroccan soup often served during Ramadan to break the fast.

  4. Add chickpeas, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and fresh cilantro.
  6. Let the stew rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with couscous or crusty bread.
