  2. Add the curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and lentils. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk, miso paste, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the soup rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
