  1. Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Peel and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add mashed sweet potatoes and coriander leaves. Mix everything together.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool.
  7. Cut each spring roll wrapper into two halves.
  8. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape.
  9. Fill the cone with the sweet potato mixture.
  10. Seal the edges with water.
  11. Repeat the process for all the wrappers.
  12. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
  13. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
