  4. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add tofu cubes and salt. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until tofu is heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
