Wash and dry the potatoes.

Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.

Place the potato slices in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate.

Drizzle olive oil over the potato slices.

Sprinkle salt and paprika evenly over the potato slices.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Flip the potato slices over and microwave for another 2 minutes or until crispy.
