In a saucepan, combine almond milk, agar agar powder, sugar, almond extract, and water. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into individual molds or a baking dish.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

In a small pan, toast the sliced almonds over medium heat until golden brown.
