Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan, cook the lentils and quinoa according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, sauté the carrots, onion, and garlic until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, quinoa, sautéed vegetables, flaxseed meal, tomato paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.

Spread ketchup on top of the loaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
