  2. Heat a steamer over high heat. Grease the steamer tray with oil.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter onto the steamer tray, spreading it evenly.
  4. Steam for 2 minutes or until the batter is set.
  5. Remove the steamer tray from the heat and spread a thin layer of red bean paste on top of the cooked batter.
  6. Roll the batter into a log shape, starting from one end.
  7. Cut the log into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Repeat steps 3-7 with the remaining batter and red bean paste.
  9. Serve the Matcha Su Shi Yuebing warm or at room temperature.
