  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the marinated tofu for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.
  6. Serve the grilled tofu with a squeeze of lime juice.
