Granola was invented in the late 19th century as a health food by Dr. James Caleb Jackson, who called it ‘granula’.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup and coconut oil until melted.

Pour the maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.

Store in an airtight container.
