  3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded coconut, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
