In a bowl, mix cornstarch, tamari sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add the soy meat to the bowl and coat it well with the mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.

Fry the coated soy meat until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
