Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in fresh basil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve the loaded veggie marinara sauce over your favorite pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
