  4. Add lentils, potato, cabbage, and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
