  1. Remove the seeds from the jackfruit and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a large pot, add the jackfruit pieces, jaggery, and water. Boil until the jackfruit is soft.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix rice flour with water to form a smooth paste.
  4. Add the rice flour paste to the pot and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add coconut milk and cardamom powder to the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
  6. In a small pan, heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins until golden.
  7. Garnish the dessert with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
  8. Let it rest for an hour before serving.
  9. Serve the Kujje Payasa chilled.
