Remove the seeds from the jackfruit and cut it into small pieces.

In a large pot, add the jackfruit pieces, jaggery, and water. Boil until the jackfruit is soft.

In a separate bowl, mix rice flour with water to form a smooth paste.

Add the rice flour paste to the pot and cook until the mixture thickens.

Add coconut milk and cardamom powder to the pot and simmer for a few minutes.

In a small pan, heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins until golden.

Garnish the dessert with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
