Cut the Koya Dofu into bite-sized cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for a minute.

Add the Koya Dofu cubes and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add soy sauce and red chili pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
