Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices.

Rinse the sliced potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, vegetable oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated potato slices and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Remove the fried potatoes from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
