Jamaican Curried Tempeh Tacos
Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian soy product that is made by fermenting soybeans. It is a great source of plant-based protein and has a nutty flavor.

In a bowl, crumble the tempeh.

In a small bowl, mix together the curry powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the crumbled tempeh and the spice mixture to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add diced tomato and lime juice to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.

Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or oven.

Fill each tortilla with the tempeh mixture.
