Grate the courgette and squeeze out the excess moisture.

In a large bowl, mix together the grated courgette, chickpea flour, finely chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the mixture until you get a thick batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the batter and drop it into the hot oil, shaping it into a fritter.
