  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, carob powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the icing sugar and plant-based milk until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the icing over the cooled cookies.
