Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the quinoa.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the quinoa is tender and the water is absorbed.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, diced avocados, lime juice, honey, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Let the quinoa salad rest for 5 minutes before serving.
