In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, and ground flaxseed.

In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish and press it down firmly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 1 hour.

Once set, cut into bars or squares and serve.
