  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  4. Add tofu and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable broth, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
