Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
