Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
