  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Slice onion and tomato.
  4. Dip onion and tomato slices in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and drizzle lemon juice on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
