  2. In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely chopped.
  3. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushroom mixture and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in bread crumbs until well combined.
  8. Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
