In a bowl, mix together sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

Cut tofu into cubes and marinate in the sauce for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread tofu, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.

Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until tofu is lightly charred.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the grilled tofu skewers with sriracha sauce on the side.
