Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.

Grill the peaches, cut side down, for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion, and grilled peaches.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
