Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn until charred, about 10 minutes. Let cool and cut kernels off the cob.

Dice avocado, red bell pepper, and red onion. Chop cilantro.

In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grilled corn, diced avocado, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
