Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower head and trim the stem. Slice the cauliflower into thick slices to create cauliflower steaks.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.

Place the cauliflower steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until tender and charred.
