  1. In a bowl, combine green tea, tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add broccoli florets, sliced carrots, diced red bell pepper, and snow peas. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add sliced green onions, sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Return the cooked tofu to the pan and toss everything together.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
