Green peppercorns are unripe black peppercorns and have a fresher, milder flavor.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 60 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 6.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, crushed green peppercorns, and salt.

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough in half and roll out each portion between two sheets of parchment paper until it is about 1/8 inch thick.

Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.

Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on a wire rack.

Once cooled, break the crackers apart along the scored lines.
