Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the blanched green beans to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Add almonds, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the almonds are toasted and the green beans are tender.
