  2. Boil the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the goya slices and stir-fry for a few minutes until they become tender.
  5. Dice the firm tofu and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs and mix with the other ingredients.
