Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, oat flour, tapioca starch, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine almond milk, olive oil, and maple syrup.

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased bread tin and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
