Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free oats, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

Fold in the dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, and dark chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
