In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.

Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased pizza pan. Use your hands to shape it into a round crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.

Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite gluten-free pizza toppings.
