  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a few minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.
  6. Spread the raisins and pecans evenly over the dough.
  7. Drizzle the maple syrup over the raisins and pecans.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one end.
  9. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal-sized pieces.
  10. Place the cinnamon rolls in a greased baking dish.
  11. Cover the dish with a clean towel and let the rolls rise for 1 hour.
  12. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  13. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
